Catalina Sanchez Benitez and Dundja Mustafic are two of the 100 Austin Community College ESL and GED students who were inducted into the National Adult Education Honor Society on Thursday, April 30, 2015.  Qualifications for the honor society are excellent attendance, work ethic, and cooperation.  Congratulations, Cathy and Dundja!!

TESOL 2015 Conference in Toronto

Every year Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) has an international conference for new ideas and inspiration, sharing ideas with other teachers, and talking to publishers to find the latest and greatest materials for ESL teaching.  This year's conference was held in Toronto, Canada, March 26–28.  As always, it was extremely rewarding.  As always, I always come home exhausted but absolutely grateful for the opportunity to have gone.
